How to Use

  2. Wait a moment while it analyzes the beat and shows the tempo in BPM, with a classical tempo marking and a confidence rating.
  3. If the reading feels off, tap a half-time or double-time alternative — detection can lock onto half or double the real beat.
  4. Option 1 — Hear it with a click: play the song with a metronome click on top. If the click stays locked to the beat, the BPM is right.
  5. Option 2 — Tap it yourself: play the song without the click and tap the pad along to the beat, then compare your tapped BPM to the detected one.
